3 tbsp Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Dressing Mix
1/4 cup corn flake crumbs (or unseasoned bread crumbs)
6-8 pieces chicken with skin and bone

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine dressing mix and crumbs in a gallon size ziploc bag.
3. Add chicken and shake to coat chicken.
4. Place chicken on ungreased baking pan.
5. Bake chicken at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
