• 3 1/2 ounces sunflower seed kernels
• 1/3 cup slivered almonds
• 5 cups (about 1/2 head) coarsely shredded cabbage
• 3 ounce pkg. oriental Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
• uncooked, break into pcs. by hand
• 4 chopped carrots

Dressing:

• Flavor packet from Ramen noodles
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 3 tbsp vinegar
• 1/3 cup canola oil

1. Make dressing early. Add dressing, noodles, and nuts to cabbage and carrots just before serving.
