- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 4 ounces onion, slivered
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup lowtat yogurt
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp basil leaves
- 4 ounces sliced water chestnuts
- Combine vegetables in a large bowl.
- Combine mayonnaise and yogurt, cheese, sugar, and basil to make a smooth dressing and pour over the vegetables.
- Combine thoroughly.
- Stir in water chestnuts.
