- 4 medium tomatoes
- Dijon mustard
- 6 tbsps melted butter or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cut tomatoes in half crosswise.
- Spread cut side with Dijon mustard.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Combine butter, bread crumbs and cheese.
- Spoon mixture on each half.
- Broil until crumbs are brown and tomatoes are tender.
