- 1 cup very hot water
- 3 oz package lemon jello
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 medium onion
- 1 1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Remove seeds from cucumber and grind with onion and garlic powder.
- Drain very thoroughly, squeeze, and discard juice.
- Dissolve jello in water and add mayonnaise, vinegar, and cottage cheese.
- Combine drained vegetables and jello and pour into mold.
