1 cup plain yogurt
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp curry powder
3/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tart cooking apple, cored, seeded and sliced thin

Beat together yogurt, egg, lime juice, soy sauce, curry powder, coriander, salt and pepper; set aside.
Place chicken in baking dish and top each piece with apple slices.
Pour yogurt sauce over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, 350° F. for 30 minutes.
