- 1/4 cup butter or margarine (softened)
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (firmly packed)
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 3 tbsps milk
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Works great without cooking.
- To darken, heat slowly and stir about 5 minutes.
