Product Recipes
- 6 large carrots, quartered lengthwise
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 tbsps brown sugar
- 2 tsps dry mustard
- 2 drops Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- Saute carrots in butter for 5 minutes.
- Add brown sugar, mustard, 2 drops Tabasco, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
