6 slices (2 cups) cut up cooked turkey or chicken
2 (10oz pkgs) frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
6 (1oz) slices processed American or Cheddar cheese
1 (13 1/2oz) can evaporated milk
1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 1/2oz) can French fried onion rings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange turkey or chicken in ungreased baking dish, 11 1/2 X 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches.
Top with hot broccoli.
Cover with cheese slices.
Stir milk and soup together; pour over cheese.
Bake 25 mins uncovered.
Sprinkle with onion rings and bake 5 mins longer.

Serving: 4 to 5
