Recipe: Easy Skillet Zucchini

- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 tsps garlic pepper blend seasoning
- 2 medium zucchini cubed
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 can tomato soup
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- Lightly brown the onion in a little oil in a deep skillet.
- Add celery and zucchini.
- Saute until tender.
- Add tomato soup and tomato sauce.
- Heat and serve.
