Feather Dumpling Ingredients

• 3/4 cup flour
• 1 1/3 tsp baking powder
• 1/3 tsp sea salt
• 1/3 cup lowfat milk
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• 1 egg, beaten

To make Feather Dumplings

1. Sift unbleached flour, baking powder and sea salt together
2. Add 1/3 cup milk, 1 tbsp unsalted butter, and egg.
3. Mix until moist.
4. Cook in broth or stew for 18 minutes.
