Fiesta Clam Dip Recipe

• 51 ounce can Sea Watch Chopped Clams, juice drained and reserved.
• 23 ounces cream cheese
• 32 ounces sour cream
• 20 ounces chunky salasa
• 1 oz Taco Seasoning
• 1/2 cup dehydrated onions
• 1 tsp garlic powder

1. Blend cream cheese and Taco seasoning together.
2. Add dried onions, garlic powder, and sour cream.
3. Add salsa and clams. Blend.

For a thinner dip, add clam juice to desired consistency.

For a traditional clam dip, omit the salsa and Taco seasoning.

Makes enough clam dip to serve about 50 people when served with crackers, chips and/or raw vegetables.
