• 1 envelope sour cream sauce mix
• 1 tbsp butter or margarine
• 4 salmon steaks, fresh or frozen
• 1/4 cup buttered bread crumbs
• 1/2 tsp fine ground sea salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped spinach

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Thaw chopped spinach.
3. Stir milk into sauce mix till smooth.
4. Let stand 10 mins.
5. Blend mayonnaise into sauce mixture.
6. Spread thawed, uncooked spinach in bottom of greased, shallow baking dish.
7. Sprinkle with sea salt, dot with butter, and place salmon steaks over spinach.
8. Spread salmon with the sour cream mixture and top with bread crumbs.
9. Bake at 350° F for 30 mins or until salmon is done.
