Janie I have the "Artisan Bread in five Min.'s a Day". You don't have to wait til you get a stone to use it! I use my griddle to bake my bread on. It works fine. You will be shocked at the ease in which their recipe works! I love it. It may or may not be for you. But please don't let not having a stone hold you up from trying their basic recipe. I hope you will like the outcome as much as I did.

Ok I have one of those cast iron griddles with the ridges on one side and smooth on the other. I still need to get a pizza peel before I can try it. I know that new store I found in Ashland will have a peel if I cant find one at Big Lots or Walmart. Is there anyway to get around using the peel?

Swaptree.com has books for TRADE. The books are in usually good condition, you print mailing label from your computer, make trades from your home and never have to leave the house. Your only cost is the mailing label. I've joined and have already completed 4 trades in a week. Go take a look. ;)
