That's so neat, I know you will enjoy using it for tears to come. Can you believe Thanksgiving is only a scant 3 months away? WOW Time does fly!!!

Sorry for being so ignorant.

Which comes first Halloween or Thanks Giving?

We celebrate halloween in a small way, more so if the old religion is the followed faith.

It is only very recently that the kids do trick or treat, of course this is harmless and I do have a plastic cauldron that I fill small bags with chocolate treats inside, dress up myself with a witches hat. I also print out a very brief note and stick it to the bags just letting the kids know what halloween is and that it is not a made up thing.

I was horrified to find out that my great nephew thought that Bon Fire Night was a made up thing.

Trick or treat, I believe is a community builder and lets everyone, all ages join in the fun.

For some reason it wont let me save the second picture.

I love Halloween. My sister brings her 5 year old and 2 year old and we take them out for trick or treat. Afterwards we all go to my father in laws and have a picnic in the dining room. I make the kids all their favorites. While they are out trick or treating I take a backpack loaded with chocolate chip cookies, fruit and hot chocolate.
