Hey Janie----

You don't need no stinkin' pizza peel sweetie!!! I never used one and mine was just:) fine!!!

Ok here is a dumb question. The book says to let the dough rise on your pizza wheel and preheat your oven. Your supposed to slide the dough onto a hot baking stone right off the pizza peel. You would want to put the dough straight onto the hot griddle so what do you move the dough on? Parchment paper maybe?

Swaptree.com has books for TRADE. The books are in usually good condition, you print mailing label from your computer, make trades from your home and never have to leave the house. Your only cost is the mailing label. I've joined and have already completed 4 trades in a week. Go take a look. ;)

I will. Thanks.

What worked for me was to make sure I let it rest on a well floured cutting board, when it was time to transfer it onto the griddle I'd just pick up the cutting board and gently slide the dough onto the griddle! Worked just great every time!!!
