Instructions
Lightly grease crock pot. Toss macaroni and oil. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir, cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally.

Crock Pot Meatballs
2 pounds hamburger
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Parsley to taste
Oregano to taste
Onion powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Milk as needed
1 can beer - (12 oz)
1 bottle ketchup - (regular size)
Instructions
Mix hamburg, breadcrumbs, egg, seasonings and milk together. Make small meatballs. Mix ketchup and beer in the crock pot and start to heat.
You can put the raw meatballs into the sauce and simmer for several hours, or you can bake the meatballs first to get out most of the grease.

Crock Pot Mexican Beef
1 pounds round steak cut bite-size pieces
1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 chopped onion
1 beef bouillon cube crushed
1 can tomatoes - (16 oz) cut up
1 can kidney beans - (16 oz) drained
Instructions
Mix meat, salt, pepper, chili powder and mustard in pot. Cover with onion, bouillon cube, and tomatoes. Top with beans. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours.
Mix and serve with rice.

Crock Pot Morning Casserole
1 bag (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 lb. of bacon diced, cooked and drained or 1 lb. cooked ham, cubed
1 medium diced onion
1 green bell pepper diced
1 1/2 Cup. shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 dozen eggs
1 Cup. milk
1 teaspoon. salt
1 teaspoon. pepper (more or less to taste)
Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by a layer of bacon then onions, green pepper and cheese. Repeat the layering process two or three more times, ending with a layer of cheese.
Beat the eggs, milk and salt and pepper together. Pour over the Crockpot mixture, cover and turn on low. Cook for 10-12 hours.

Crock Pot Oatmeal
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup raisins (optional)
2 cups water
(Other options, apples, cinnamon, nuts.)
Instructions
Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. When the raisins cook with the oatmeal it sweetens it, so adjust the amount of sugar or sweetener.
