Very Interesting comment, and as I think about it, I do believe we were supposed to be a nation that was to have been...of the people, by the people, and for the people!!!

But the majority of the people seem to have chosen the cheap and easy way and allowed someone else to do the thinking for them. We now will pay the price.

Americans seem to be retreating into their own little worlds centered on themselves and losing the spirit of adventure and curiosity. It looks to me like Romans just before Romes collapse. Call me a pessimist but I see no signs of that turning around but rather I see growing religious fundamentalism and an increased acceptance of pseudoscience. This is no longer the dynamic nation of my youth. I'm afraid our days of greatness are over.

Let's face it - America is doomed one way or the other.

Although there are millions of us that don't agree with what is going on - no one (of so-called "authority") is going to listen to us about taxes, health care, spending, etc.

And shame on us being so greedy (LOL) and thinking only of ourselves and our children for generations to come in regard to the spending, etc. How heartless we have become!

No one is thinking about the poor Man in the Moon! Dr. Procto is shooting a missle up the Man in the Moon's butt and all this cheese is going to be released! Now we won't have cheese on the moon anymore - we are stuck with Kraft over-processed singles.

NOW WE ARE DOOMED!

LOL.....................

(if only ol' Bessie didn't jump over the moon we wouldn't have this problem)
