French Hot Dogs

• 1 pound can cranberry sauce
• 1 cup port wine
• 1 tbsp prepared mustard
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 3 pounds large hot dogs

1. In 3 quart saucepan, mix the cranberry sauce with port wine and prepared mustard. Blend until smooth.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, and add the cinnamon stick. Simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Slice hot dogs diagonally into 1 inch pieces and add to the hot sauce.
4. Place hot dogs and sauce in refrigerator, and marinate for at least 2 hours.
5. Remove saucepan from refrigerator, and heat again to a boil, and simmer for 5 more minutes.
6. Place the French Hot Dogs in a cafing dish, and serve with toothpicks.
