• Spanish onion slices
• Tomato slices

Marinade

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
• 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tsp Mediterranean Sea Salt
• 1/4 tsp Lawry's Seasoned salt

1. Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2. Chop up the desired amount of vegetables.
3. Pour marinade over vegetables.
4. Let vegetables stand in the marinade at least 1 hour before serving.
