Ingredients in Fudge Brownie Pie

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup light corn syrup
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 6 eggs
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 1 frozen pie crust (or make your own)
• 1 container Cool Whip

To make Fudge Brownie Pie

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Melt 1/2 cup butter in a non-stick 3 quart saucepan. Remove from heat.
3. Blend in 1 cup light corn syrup, 2 teaspoons vanilla, and 6 eggs.
4. Mix and set aside.
5. Stir together 1 cup granulated sugar, 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa. Mix with the butter mixture.
6. Pour into pie crust.
7. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Keep an eye open and watch that the crust doesn't get too brown.
8. Remove from oven and cool. Then top with Cool Whip. Serve cold.
