Gala Pecan Dip Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
• 2 tbsps milk
• 1 (2 1/2 oz) jar dried beef
• 2 tbsps chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp garlic salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped green or red pepper
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 2 tbsps butter or margarine (melted)
• 1/2 tsp sea salt

To make Gala Pecan Dip

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
2. Thoroughly mix cream cheese and milk together.
3. Stir in dried beef, onion, green or red pepper and seasonings.
4. Fold in sour cream and spoon into casserole.
5. Top with pecans, melted butter and salt.
6. Bake at 350° F. for 20 minutes.
