Recipe: Ginger Dressing for Seafood

• 1 pint light mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
• 1 tbsp finely minced fresh ginger
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tsp finely minced garlic
• 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
• 3-bean salad
• Fresh limes

To make Ginger Dressing for Seafood

1. Place all ingredients except 3-bean salad and limes in a bowl and mix well with an egg beater.
2. Place just cooked seafood (shrimp, scallops, fish) on a serving plate.
3. Add a serving of 3-bean salad on a lettuce leaf.
4. Put Ginger Dressing for Seafood over the fish or seafood and add 4 halves small key limes to the plate.
5. Serve with fresh Italian bread or rolls.
