• 1 block tofu
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 package onion soup mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup green pepper, minced
• 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon mustard

To make Glazed Tofu Meat Loaf

1. Preheat oven 350° F.
2. Drain and mash tofu.
3. In large bowl, mix tofu, beef, soup mix, eggs, green pepper, bread crumbs and garlic salt thoroughly.
4. Lightly shape into 9-inch casserole, bake 30 minutes.
5. In saucepan, combine sugar and soy sauce; cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
6. Stir in mustard. Drizzle sauce over loaf.
7. Bake 15 minutes.
