3 cups sliced, cooked carrots
1 cup pineapple bits, drained
juice from pineaplle bits
2 tbsps brown sugar
1 tsp tapioca
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix carrots and pineapple bits in buttered baking dish.
Combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, tapioca, salt, pepper and butter.
Pour over carrots and pineapple.
Cover and bake for 30 mins.
