• 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
• 2 cups sour cream
• 1 can cream chicken soup, not diluted
• 6 ounce grated Cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup minced onion
• 1 chopped green pepper
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1 tsp white pepper
• 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine

1. Mix first 8 ingredients together.
2. Pour into buttered 9x13" pan.
3. Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter overtop of the potato mixture.
4. Bake covered for 45 to 50 minutes in a 350° F oven. Remove cover during last 10 minutes to allow top to brown.

Use white pepper in this recipe so that the pepper color blends with the light colored food.
