Guacamole Ingredients

• 1 large ripe avocado
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp grated onion
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• a few drops Tabasco Sauce

1. Peel and seed the avocado. Mash with a fork.
2. Combine mashed avocado with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Place in a serving dish. Glaze top of Guacamole with a light coat of mayonnaise to prevent darkening.
4. Sprinkle Guacamole with paprika.
5. Serve Guacamole with chips.
