- Halibut fillets
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green olives
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Preheat over to 375° f.
- Arrange halibut on a baking dish.
- Mix together all of the remaining ingredients. and pour over the halibut.
- Baked, covered, for 35 minutes.
