  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In large skillet cook meat with onion powder; drain off fat
  3. Add salt, pepper, drained beans and soup.
  4. Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  5. Mash potatoes and add milk and egg.
  6. Spoon in mounds over meat and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Bake 30 minutes.
