Mix dry ingredients together, add water and thoroughly mix until dissolved.
Mix seasoning liquid in meat. Mix very well. Put in container with lid. Refrigerate for 24 to 36 hours.
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Form into 4 rolls.
Place rolls on a rack over top of a baking pan to catch juice, and bake for 30 minutes, turn and bake on other side for a total of 60 minutes.
