- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tbsps A1 steak sauce
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsps parsley flakes
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 tbsps A1 steak sauce
- 8 oz can tomato sauce
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- For sauce mix 2 tbsps A1 sauce and tomato sauce; set aside
- Mix remaining ingredients together with 1/2 sauce mixture.
- Pat into 9X5X3 inch loaf pan, or shape into loaf in shallow baking pan.
- Spread remaining sauce over top of meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hr.
