- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350%deg; F.
- Mix honey, egg and canola oil.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Fold in pumpkin, nuts and raisins.
- Spoon mix into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour.
