Recipe: Hot Mocha Cocoa

Quantity 

2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp Hershey's cocoa
2 tsp instant coffee
2 cups hot water
2 cups milk
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
6 marshmallows

1. Scald milk.
2. Combine sugar, Hershey's Cocoa, instant coffee and 1/4 cup water in saucepan and boil 1 minute.
3. Add scalded milk and remaining water to cocoa mixture.
4. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Stir in vanilla extract.
6. Serve hot in coffee cups and top with marshmallows.
