- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp granulated onion
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon or ham chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place all ingredients except cheese and meat in blender.
- Mix for a few seconds and pour into greased pie or quiche dish.
- Sprinkle cheese and meat on top and lightly push beneath surface.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
