1 tsp grated lime peel 1/3 cup fresh lime juice 2 tbsp canola oil 6 tbsp honey 2 tbsp prepared mustard 1/4 tsp McCormick Granulated Garlic 1/2 tsp McCormick Table Grind Pepper or freshed grated pepper 1/2 tsp salt 2 lbs London broil, sirloin, or top round steak, 3/4-1 inch thick Lime wedges 1. In a small bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients, and mix well 2. Score top of steaks and place in a shallow glass baking pan 3. Pour marinade over steaks, turning steaks to coat all sides evenly 4.
