• 1 cup canola oil
• 1 cup peeled and crushed kiwi fruit
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 tsp sea salt

1. Combine all ingredients. Shake or beat until thoroughly blended. Chill.
2. Shake well before serving. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

For a delicious salad, tear romaine or red leaf lettuce into a salad bowl. Add pieces of oranges, avocados, and kiwi fruit. Pour dressing over and serve. Kiwi Fruit French Dressing is also delicious on fruit salad.
