Sprinkle Pepper Supreme on chicken, pork, seafood, and steaks when broiling, grilling or roasting. Use Lawry's Pepper Supreme as a seasoning for salads, vegetables, pasta, rice, and potatoes. Mix 2 tbsp of McCormick Pepper Supreme with 1/4 cup Canola or Olive Oil, and 1/4 cup water to make a marinade.
Ingredients: Spices (including Black Pepper, White Pepper, and Red Pepper), Salt, Garlic, Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers, Chili Pepper, Citric Acid, Natural Flavor, Extractives of Capsicum, and Jalapeno Peppers.

Recipe for Peppered Portabella Mushrooms
Heat 1/4 cup Canola Oil in a skillet. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, and cook for 1 - 2 minutes. Added 2 Portabella Mushroom Caps that are cut into 1/2" slices. Sprinkle 1 tsp Pepper Supreme over top of mushrooms, and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Note: In February 2010, McCormick moved several of their spice blends from their McCormick brand to their newly acquired Lawry's brand. Pepper Supreme was part of that brand switch. Please be assured that this is the exact same formulation as was under the McCormick name. It simply has a new label. What's inside the bottle is the same. - A: It contains salt, yes, but the heat and flavor come mostly from the peppers. Use a light sprinkle at first and adjust to taste. For comparison, the 120mg per 1/4 tsp serving is about same as, or a little less than, a single sliced of ordinary bread (bread generally has 120 to 180mg sodium per slice).
- Q: Does Pepper Supreme contain MSG or artificial colors/flavors?
