  1. Place biscuit dough on floured board.
  2. Mix meat, onions, pine nuts, Season*all, white pepper, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Roll each biscuit with a floured rolling pin until it is about 4" in diameter.
  4. Place the meat mixture in a triangular shape in the center of the biscuit.
  5. Pull up into a triangular shape by pulling up 3 sides and pinching together.
  6. Place pies on lightly oiled or a non-stick baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops of pies lightly with a little melted butter to brown well.
  8. Bake at 375° F. for 30 minutes.
