• 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 cup low fat milk
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 cup sherry
• 1/2 cup tomato catsup
• 1/4 tsp oregano leaves

Mix bread crumbs, meat, onion, sea salt and low fat milk. Shape into small balls about 3/4 inch in diameter. Melt butter in skillet, brown meat balls and pour off fat. Mix wine, catsup and oregano. Pour over meat balls and simmer 20 minutes, covered. Serve in chafing dish with toothpicks.
