Liverburgers Ingredients

• 1 lb liver
• 2 cups diced raw potatoes
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 1 1/2 tsps salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 2 tbsps canola oil

Put liver, potatoes, and onions through meat grinder. Add seasonings. Drop liver mixture by spoonfuls into hot canola oil in skillet. Fry Liverburgers quickly.
