18 cups water
2 1/2 cups chopped onions
2 1/2 cups chopped green bell pepper
2 1/2 cups chopped celery
2 1/2 cups chopped carrots
2 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
2 1/2 cups chopped red bell pepper
29 oz kidney beans
16 oz shell macaroni
1 1/2 lbs lean beef, cubed

Spices:

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp ground white pepper
1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Add all ingredients together except macaroni. Stir well.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Add macaroni for last 15 minutes of cooking time.
