Molded Lime Jello Salad Ingredients:

• 1 large package lime jello
• 1 1/2 cup boiling water
• 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 2 tbsp horseradish
• 1/2 cup pecans
• 1 pound cottage cheese
• 1 cup Miracle Whip

To make Molded Lime Jello Salad:

1. Mix the lime jello, boiling water and drained crushed pineapple together and let stand.
2. Just before the gelatin thickens, add the remaining ingredients.
3. Pour the lime jello salad mixture into a mold and refrigerate several hours or overnight until set.
