Product Recipes
- 3 cups hot cooked rice (cooked in chicken broth)
- 1 can (4oz) sliced mushrooms (drained)
- 1 cup cooked green peas
- 2 tbsps butter or margarine (melted)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsps diced pimiento
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Heat until all vegetables are hot (5-6 minutes).
- Toss lightly.
- Serve in a large serving dish.
