4 chicken breasts, split and skinned
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup mustard
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1/3 tsp white pepper
1 1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly grease a casserole dish with canola or olive oil.
Place breasts into the dish bone side down.
Mix the honey, mustards, onion, and seasonings together, then pour over the chicken breasts.
Sprinkle top of breasts with the bread crumbs.
Place in oven and bake for 40 minutes.
