4 cups lowfat plain yogurt
2 cups chicken stock or broth
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp parsley, minced
1 tsp dill weed
1 tsp fresh or dried mint, crushed or chopped
Salt to taste
Dash of cayenne
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions (include some tops)
1/2 cup chopped (broken) cashews
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped

Smoothly blend the yogurt, broth, and water. Then add the parsley, dill weed, mint, salt, and cayenne; chill, covered, overnight.
Serve in a toureen with side dishes of raisins, onion, cashews and cucumber to pass to add according to each one’s taste.
