1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup red sweet pepper, chopped
1 med. tomato, diced
1/2 cup red onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup feta cheese, diced
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp sweet basil leaves
1/4 tsp oregano leaves
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Chill for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) before serving.
