- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- whole cloves
- 3 pound boneless, precooked ham
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine brown sugar, mustard, orange peel and orange juice. Score top of ham. Stud with whole cloves.
- Bake for 1 hour, baste the last 30 minutes with sugar mixture.
- Let stand 15 minutes and slice.
