Cook 12 strips of bacon until translucent but still soft. Cut bacon strips into thirds. Discard fat.
In same skillet cook green pepper in 2 tbsp butter, combine with chives and parsley and add 1/3 cup of butter.
Put opened oysters on a bed of rock salt.
Place a little green butter on each, a few drops of lemon juice and a piece of bacon.
Bake at 450° F for 8 - 10 minutes.
