• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
• 3/4 cup onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
• 2-1/2 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp hot horseradish
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp white pepper
• 1/4 tsp thyme leaves
• 1/4 cup evaporated milk
• 3/4 cup catsup

Preheat oven to 400° F. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Transfer to a large bread pan. Bake 50-60 minutes. Serves 6. Origin - St. Louis, Missouri.
