- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 8 chicken breasts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and pepper; set aside.
- Brush chicken with olive oil, then dip into crumb mixture to thoroughly coat.
- Place on baking pan, bake uncovered for approximately 1 hr.
